Architecture

HACBM provided complete A/E design and construction administration services for the development at the Elizabeth Center. The project includes the development of 60,000 sf of retail and warehouse spaces; a 300-room hotel, conference, and entertainment complex; and a 2,000 space parking garage on an 8 acres parcel. In addition, a development of a four-acre site, to include an 89-room hotel, a 5,000 sf restaurant, two fast-food stores, and a gasoline service station on another parcel. This project was later redeveloped with a construction of 80,000 SF of additional showroom and warehouse space.

HACBM provided the engineering services including renovation of the engineered system, structural rehabilitation of the existing buildings with analysis of existing proprietary truss system, remediation methods, and modifications to the site layout, and drainage system.
