Architecture, interiors and structural engineering design for the office building portion of an office/hotel commercial complex containing a Hotel and a four building office cluster. The office buildings included two two-story buildings (Buildings A & B), each 63,000 square feet containing office suites served by an atrium lobby, and two one story office buildings (Buildings C & D), each 11,000 square feet sub-dividable into suites with individual entrances. Amenities include under-building parking and a campus plan layout between buildings. The hotel flag will provide the needed amenities such as restaurants and exercise gymnasium to serve tenants of the office buildings.
