Architecture
The multi-million dollar Hoboken Grand is a new eleven-story residential building that features a plaza, commercial space, and an underground parking facility. The first floor, located at the street level, includes 500 square feet of commercial space as well as tenant parking. The second level consists of 8,000 square feet of residential space and a 12,000 square foot plaza containing a considerable number of landscape components that provide visual interest. Numerous cantilevered balconies and canopies are provided at every floor on all building sides. The roof is 115 feet above the street level.
