This project included the preparation of an urban design proposal for the Port Saeed Action Area, which has a total of 4,400 dwelling units.
The objective of the study was to develop the site as a natural extension of the Central Business District by integrating a system of open spaces compatible with the urban fabric and creating an attractive waterfront living, work, and leisure environment.
