Architecture
HACBM provided full architecture, engineering and interior design services for the design of a two-story building to house the Roosevelt Boulevard branch of the Philadelphia Federal Credit Union. The building contains the 6,600 sf branch office with ten teller windows, seven account cubicles, an internet cafe area, ATM machine, and support space. In addition, there are three rental office areas totaling about 12,000 sf for fitout and use by tenants.
HACBM prepared the site design and streetscape to meet the needs of the client and blend in with the adjacent streetscape. We also assisted in the permitting process and off-site utility design to meet the project schedule.
