Architecture
HACBM provided architectural, planning, building engineering, and site engineering design services to IKEA for the development of an additional 38 acres at the Elizabeth Center. Parcel III of the project involves the development of 60,000 S.F. of retail and warehouse space; a 300-room hotel, conference, and entertainment complex; and a 2,000-car parking garage on eight acres. In addition, Parcel A involved development of a 4-acre site, to include an 89-room hotel, a 5,000 S.F., two fast-food stores, and a gasoline service station.
